In a world brimming with yoga instructors and classes, it's natural to wonder why you should pick mine. After all, isn't yoga just yoga, regardless of where you practice it?

A Different Perspective: After 6,000 hours of training, founding and running three yoga studios, journeying to India three times to study with the world's foremost yoga guru, and training hundreds of teachers, I grew disenchanted with the direction yoga was taking. In response, I penned, "The New Yoga: From Cult and Dogma to Science and Sanity" in 2020. This game-changing book available on Amazon advocates for an evidence-based, inclusive approach to yoga, leaving behind the cult-like dogma that sometimes clouds this ancient practice.
Redefining Flexibility: Flexibility, once seen as the holy grail of yoga, is now recognized as a goal that is greatly overrated. Professional athletes may need strength and control over movement. But they don't necessarily need extreme flexibility - and in some cases it can even be a disadvantage. Yoga, under my guidance, shifts its focus to balance and holistic well-being, rather than just contorting the body into impossible shapes.
