Researchers Arthur Klein and Dava Sobel interviewed 492 back pain sufferers who experienced more than 100 different modalities of treatment. Yoga was “the most successful of all approaches for non-incapacitated backpain sufferers.” 51 per cent reported dramatic long-term help.

In general, apart from a yoga mat, Rob uses two wooden or plastic blocks, two thinner foam blocks, an 8 foot yoga strap, a yoga blanket and a yoga bolster. These are not essential but recommended for a better experience.
