This 30-minute Early Bird Class includes a Seated Vinyasa, is fun and will fly by! The five-minute vinyasa is best viewed first rather than trying to follow along with it from the start. It has been a popular warm up in my intermediate classes for many years and includes a series of seated poses connected through rock and rolling back and forth from relaxed plow variations into the seated forward folds and boat pose variations. Try it! It's fun!
In general, apart from a yoga mat, Rob uses two wooden or plastic blocks, two thinner foam blocks, an 8 foot yoga strap, a yoga blanket and a yoga bolster. These are not essential but recommended for a better experience. They can be bought here.
