For people recovering from illness or injury, it provides a gentle and supportive way to stretch and strengthen the body.

For a restorative yoga class Rob uses two wooden or plastic blocks, two thinner foam blocks, an 8 foot yoga strap, a yoga blanket and a yoga bolster or two. These are not essential but recommended for a better experience. They can be bought on the resources page here.
