Welcome to the Early Bird Yoga class, designed to energize and prepare you for a great day ahead. This 30-minute class is perfect for those who want to start their day with a refreshing and invigorating yoga practice.

We'll begin with some gentle stretching and breathing exercises to help you wake up your body and calm your mind.

Next, we'll explore standing and balancing postures, helping to build strength and stability, as well as enhance your focus and concentration. We'll also incorporate some hip-opening and forward bending poses to release tension and promote relaxation.

Finally, we'll finish with some restorative poses to help you unwind and recharge before starting your day. You'll leave this class feeling revitalized, centered, and ready to take on whatever challenges lie ahead.

This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Modifications will be offered to make the practice accessible and safe for everyone. So, come join us for this early morning yoga session and set the tone for a fantastic day!

In general, apart from a yoga mat, Rob uses two wooden or plastic blocks, two thinner foam blocks, an 8 foot yoga strap, a yoga blanket and a yoga bolster. These are not essential but recommended for a better experience.
