Welcome to the Early Bird Yoga class, designed to energize and prepare you for a great day ahead. This 30-minute class is perfect for those who want to start their day with a refreshing and invigorating yoga practice. This class is moderately challenging and includes a headstand (Sirsasana). Only perform this pose if you are already comfortable with it. Caution: Perform at your own risk.
We'll begin with some a traditional breathing exercise to help you wake up your body and calm your mind.
Next, we'll explore standing and balancing postures, helping to build strength and stability, as well as enhance your focus and concentration. We'll incorporate some hip-opening and forward bending poses to release tension and promote relaxation.
This class is suitable for experienced practitioners and includes some more complex seated twists and forward folds. So, come join us for this early morning yoga session and set the tone for a fantastic day!
