A gentle all level 1.5-hour in person class underwritten by Rob's personal mantra that "differences are not deficits." Classes will include many of the benefits cited in Rob’s book, The New Yoga. Today’s focus is on Gratitude.
In general, apart from a yoga mat, Rob uses two wooden or plastic blocks, two thinner foam blocks, an 8 foot yoga strap, a yoga blanket and a yoga bolster. These are not essential but recommended for a better experience. They can be bought on the resources page here.
