These recorded public classes by veteran yoga teacher Rob Walker, are fun all-level classes attended by practitioners with a wide range of abilities from beginner to experienced. They are very inclusive, with newcomers welcomed and supported.
In general, apart from a yoga mat, Rob uses two wooden or plastic blocks, two thinner foam blocks, an 8 foot yoga strap, a yoga blanket and a yoga bolster. These are not essential but recommended for a better experience. They can be bought on the resources page here.
