In this targeted yoga for shoulders class, we focus on opening and releasing tension in those tight shoulders, upper back, and neck. Starts with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body, followed by a poses for upper body strength, standing poses and seated twists to improve shoulder mobility and strength. Props include blocks and straps to provide support for the body and deepen the poses. The class will end with Savasana, allowing the body and mind to fully integrate the benefits of the practice. This class is suitable for all levels and will leave you feeling energized and rejuvenated.

In general, apart from a yoga mat, Rob uses two wooden or plastic blocks, two thinner foam blocks, an 8 foot yoga strap, a yoga blanket and a yoga bolster. These are not essential but recommended for a better experience. They can be bought on the resources page here.
