Welcome to our moderately challenging yoga class with chairs! This class is designed to challenge you physically and mentally, while also accommodating all levels of fitness and experience.
The use of chairs provides additional support and stability, allowing you to deepen your stretches and improve your balance. Don't worry, this class is not just for older individuals - it's for anybody who wants to explore yoga in a unique and beneficial way.
Rob will guide you through a sequence of postures that will focus on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. You'll leave feeling energized, refreshed, and ready to take on whatever challenges come your way.

In general, apart from a yoga mat, Rob uses two wooden or plastic blocks, two thinner foam blocks, an 8 foot yoga strap, a yoga blanket and a yoga bolster. These are not essential but recommended for a better experience.
