- Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 9:15 am: Multilevel class adapted for all levels Register here!

- Saturday mornings: Intermediate Yoga. Slightly more challenging class with some backbends and inversions to kickstart your weekend. New Time: 10:15 am Register here!
