In this 30 minute flow class you will move dynamically from one posture to another, following the breath. This continuous flow of movement and breath warms the body and encourages a meditative state, allowing you to let go of thought and focus on experiencing the present moment. In general, apart from a yoga mat, Rob uses two wooden or plastic blocks, two thinner foam blocks, an 8 foot yoga strap, a yoga blanket and a yoga bolster. These are not essential but recommended for a better experience.
